Job Details:
Position: Summer Camp Instructor (Ridgefield Campus)
Program Hours: Monday- Friday 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM.
- In this position, you will lead and participate in all camp activities while providing a fun and safe environment for all campers.
- You will communicate with parents to inform them of the camper's experience and collaborate with the Auxiliary Program Director to ensure programming aligns with Ridgefield Academy’s mission and program expectations.
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience caring for children in Preschool - 8th grade and demonstrate strong leadership and communication. We are looking for flexible and creative instructors who can jump in and work with autonomy.
